hello so today i thought i'd do justreally quick review on this herewhich is the wireless microphone system from lensgo now you can immediately see this is verysimilar to the rode wireless microphoneset which i have here and i am using therode one just to give you a comparisonum so this is the rode one and i'm goingto be opening up this one andshowing youwhat it looks like andshortly i'll be switching over to it andshowing how it soundsnow you'll notice that the actual shapeof the microphones hereis the same as the shape of the casewhich is quite a cute thing so like athe case that holds the microphones islike itself a giant microphoneand it's quite an interesting case aswellum it has a button here to open it upand on the side it has a usbc portand that is because this case actuallyhaswireless charging so when you plugthings into the case i mean when youdrop them into the casethey'll automatically start charging sonow this is the set withtwoadditional microphones so i'll just beusing one of them and i will alsomention that it comes in three colorsa black a white and a kind of a yellowand the one i have here is the whiteversion whichwas the only one they had left in stockbut what i find a bit unusual is thatthe only thing that's white is the topand the back the front is still blackwhereas you know with the rode one whenyou get the white version of this it'scompletely whiteand the idea of having a different coloris so that you can actually hidethis microphone you know if you'rewearing white you wouldn't really see itbut because of the black front panel umit kind of makes it weird to have thedifferent colorsso another quick thing i would justmention is that each receivereach of these receivershave a usbmicro usbslot and that makes iteither better or worse than the rodesystem because the rode system canrecord internallybut it has no way to remove that storageso you can't take out an sd card fromthe rode systembut you can with this one so if you wereworkingina team and you wanted to just take outthe auto and give it to the sound personthat would be a quick way to do thatalso it does charge by usbc hereso i'm just going to go ahead and turnthis on you press and holdthe side turns on and you notice thedisplay is quite an interesting displayit almost looks like it blends rightinto the screen you can hardly see whereit starts and ends same with this oneyou just press and holdand it turns it on and you can see thegreen light means that it is connectednow this screen does turn off after abit but if you press the up or downvolume button then you will see that thescreen comes back onnow with this one you can already seethe systemthelittle level here is showing how loud orquiet this microphone is currently beingand uhthe level is set to four and i can turnit all the way upso that is level sixso level six is the maximumvalue and you'll notice that it staysshowing the six until it goes to thatwhich is showingnow showing the level of this microphoneand um so i'm to go ahead and switchover the microphones now all right sonow i'm using the lens go microphone thelevel is recording on level sixand i just wanted to show you that theback of the system it uses a magneticclip systemsothe actual clip that holds it to yourclothes is a magnet which is quite aninterestingdesign choicethat also means that if you wanted toput it on your shirt like this forexampleyou can use the magnet through theclothes to hold it on there rather thanusing the clip itself and also in thebagyou get an additional magneticclip and this is has a flat back andit's intended to stick onto a surfaceyou can see it has a sticky patch therebut i'll just show you with thesecond device hereyou can basically attach it there onto aflat surfaceor because the back that's flat youcould use it to attach behind yourclothing so the other interesting thingabout these is that the the magnet meansthat it can rotate fully around whichcould be a good or a bad thingand the other thing as well is that theyhave thiswind muff on the top and it attacheswith a clip so you just pull it offthere like thatand then you can reveal the microphoneon top and the microphone inputso you can also use this with anadditionalmicrophone like so i've been using thewind muff on this i'll just take it offand see if that makes it any louder orclearer so now the wind muff is off letme know if that sounds louder or clearerso to further test the sound quality ihave therodelapel microphone and this is thego version so it has a standardtrs port and let me just plug that inand see if it works right so now i'musing the rode gorode lapel go microphoneplug into the system do let me know ifthe sound quality is improvedand how it soundsand i'm going to remove it now and goback to the built-in microphoneall right so now i'm back to thebuilt-in microphoneso now because this is a wireless systemi did want to go ahead and test itoutside just give you a bit of a feelingof how far the distance you can walkwith it is so i'm now outsideand you can probably hear the staccatosoutsidei'm going to go ahead and clip the windmuff onthere we go let me know if that dampenssoundand i'm going to walk back there in thehead and keep talking and see whetherthewirelessness keeps upso just testing now i'm probably walkinga couple of meters awayso now i'mseveral meters away from the cameralet me know if you can still hear itand let me know if it is still recordingthe sound clearly so that is just aquick test of the distance i know itactually has a further distance as wellum but that was just a bit of a taste sothat's it basically um a quick runthrough of the lens go wirelessmicrophone system now i also shouldmention you get a couple of other thingsin the bag as well so you get a usbccharging cable to charge it whetheryou're charging it directly or in thecaseand you also get this herewhich is atrs to trrsso you can plug one end into themicrophone and one end
