hey everybody welcome back if you spentany time with me in my channel you knowthat i've always tried to find the bestquality product for the best possibleprice and today i have found it with the lensgo lwm 318 c as the wireless lavalier microphone they sent this to methey did not tell me what to sayit is a great budget microphone and it'sprobably amongst the best that i've everused for the sheer fact that it does notbreak the bank and it is very veryreasonable it's under 60 on amazon rightnow and this thing sounds great[Music][Applause][Music]now to start out we're going to go aheadand get the boring stuff out of the wayto me i just don't care too much fordocumentation because there's so manydownloads and firmware updates andeverything that makes a lot of theseanyways sohere it is for your reading pleasure butthere are some statistics for thehardware of this microphone that theywouldn't be able to change so i'll putthat up on the screen so get prepared topause the screen so i don't bore youwith numbersfor too long and here we go[Music]so other things that this thing comeswith of course are the transmitter andthe receiver so i'm going to pop thisoff of here and this is an adapter fortheinsta360 1r but here is the actualmicrophone itself and it looks like alittle bulletlooks more like a suppository but okaywhateveri couldn't help myself all right finethat's what it looks like it doesn'tlook okay whatever dude but uhthe can't i just can't okay anywayswhat i love about these micokay so what i love about thesemicrophones is it's got this littlemagnetic clip on it that goesjust like that now you don't want to dothat while you're live or you'rerecording and everything's hot becauseyou're going to hear these littlesprings and this little mechanism rightheremake a ringing or clacking sound so havea little bit of sense when you try toyou know reattach these but one of thecoolest things about this is when we allrun into this is these wireless microphones is you only have a certainplace that you can plug it in where itdoesn't look stupid andyou know whether it be on your collar orif you're wearing a different type ofshirt you canclip it on there like that butthis one being magnetic now you can justput it underneath your shirt and thenclip it to the outside like that andyou're golden now of course this is thereceiver but this goes back on thecamera and you can easily just pop it onand off like thatthe transmitter itself has themicrophone up here and it's also got aline in for a lavalier microphone so youcan grab this mic or you can use thebuilt-in wireless microphone which iswhat we're primarily focusing on todayagain it's got the magnetic clip on itand you just place it on wherever youwant it to be placed and further closerwhatever and then you know like i saiddon't start recording until you've gotit fastened and in placelike any other thing magnetic it cancome off if you hit it hard enough andso they gave you[Music]lanyardand with this lanyardit goes to the clipand there's a little holefor the actual clipso you put this through the little holeand now you've been able toi don't know what to sayso you are wearing this on the outsideof your shirt and it gets bumped off youdon't realize it at least the lanyard isgoing to catch your little magnetic clip[Music]now it also came with two chargingcables and it's usb a2 micro usb itcomes with thistrrs for your computer pc needs oranything that requires trrs like certaincell phonesyou have a little magneticpiece of metal here that's got anadhesive on the back of it so you canstick this somewhere and then apply yourmicrophone anywhere so they gave yousome more options for mountingcapabilitiesthey gave you another lavaliermicrophone all right so that's a reallycool thing and it's even branded withthe lensgo es so it's not just yourgeneric okay they found a microphone anddidn't you know from somebody else andyou just threw it in the package no theyactually took a little bit of care withthis so i haven't heard this beforebefore we leave today we'll do a veryvery quick audio test on just using themicrophone with the lavaliernow it also comes with a wind muff andi've not seen a wind muff like thisbefore but i was wondering how they weregoing to attach one becausethis thing is very smooth and roundand you just you don't even have to putit on all the way and it's very snug itjust slides right on and it comes off alot harder than it is to put on so yeahsee there so ipulled on it and it came off but if youpush on the edges of it it just slidesright over the top and you're good to goas i have a windmill for you know verywindy situations and the last thingthat's in here are theclips for the lavalier microphone soyou've got a foam muff fort and you alsohave a clip so you can clip the lavwherever you need to place thatmicrophone and it comes with this littlebag herethat you can put all of your accessoriesin and keep in one neat tidy placetypically when you hear bad audio on anyyoutube video you click off prettyquickly because audio is more importantthan the actual video the video qualitycan suffer just a little bit and a lotof times photographers or videographersgo well and fill me with a potato that'sjust telling you that they're not reallytoo concerned about the quality buttheir audio is always going to be spoton because they know you won't watch itif it's not goodnow they do a lot of comparison videosof this microphone against thismicrophone well that's not what we'redoing today because a lot of times alsowhen you're watching youtube videos ifit's not a comparison video or a techreview then you're listening for thatquality and if you go if it's goodenough then you don't turn it off thisis one of those situations where itdoesn't need to be compared with othermicrophones because it stands on its owntwo legs very well now i just said we'renot going to do a comparison against twoseparate types of microphones but we aregoing to compareinternal audio versus this microphone onfive different cameras so the firstcamera that we're going to be using asyou can see here is the insta 360 1rwith the one inch leica lens i lovevlogging with this it's very light andas you can tell the microphone isalready set placed on top of it so thatwill be our first audio comparison ofthe internal audio which we knowinsta360 is not the best atto adding this audiothis is the insta360 one r with the oneinch like lens i love vlogging with thisbut the audio suffers a little bit inthe insta360 one r andthis is it without any audioenhancements this is straight out ofcamera this is the audiogoing into the insta360 one r with theone inch leica lens i love vlogging withthis this is so light i could literallyhold this thing with one arm all daylongno problem at all and i know that it'salways going to have the field of viewthat's required because you can changeall of that and edit and make thebackground just as wide as you need itto now the second camera that we'regoing to be using is the canon eos r andit's already got pretty decent in-cameraaudio but this is going to make it a lotbetterhey this is the audio coming straightout of camera on the canon eos r thiscan be a pretty heavy vlogging kitbut all in all the image quality shouldbe a lot better than the other camerasbut it comes at a cost because myshoulders are getting tired already nowthis is the linsco microphone on top ofthe canon eos rand it is so much nicer to be able toadd something so light to something thatis already heavy because like i said thecanon eos r with the switch pod is aheavy beast and requires a lot of effortto try to maintain that steady you knowpoint of viewand the third camera we're going to beusing is the gopro hero 9 and it'salready got great internal audio butwe're going to be using the media mod onit and then plug the microphone into itand compare the audio of the gopro byitselfand the lensgo wireless lavalier mici've got the gopro hero 9 out right nowwith the media modand this is without the microphone thisis the audio going straight into themedia modand now this is the audio with the lensgo and again i have it attached here on myshirtand then having the ability to take thereceiver and magnetize it to theclip that's on the side of the media modjust so convenient again very lightno trouble at all the fourth one isgoing to be a very similar audio qualitycomparison and that is going to be withthe gopro hero 10 also with the lens modand here i have the gopro hero 10 withthe media mod no external devices arebeing used this is straight audiostraight out of camera no modificationswhatsoeverand now this is the audio with thelinsco microphone and the microphone isattached here on my shirtandi'm sure that the gopro sounded a littlebetter to youbut when you're trying to match up audioamongst different devices this willstill be very sufficient for meand for our final comparison i'm goingto be using one of my favorite camerasto shoot b-roll and anything that idon't have to carry my big camerasaround with and that is the sony zv1now this is the sony zv1 and the audiousually sounds pretty good out of thesony zv1 without any modifications butlike i said beforehaving the same sort of audio whenyou're using multiple video devices willhelp marry up your overall project so ilike having that so now let's hear thiswith the lensgo microphone and now we have the sony zv1 and the lensgo microphone being used on top ofit andi like the way that it all lookstogether because even the cord itselfmatches the same exact color of theinput ports on the sony so it's like itwas made for it so this could be apretty nice little vlogging kit too withthis microphoneof course it's another day it didn'tjust stop raining instantly and becomesunnyi ran out of time yesterday so i'mtrying to finish up the video but youthought i forgot about it this is thesony zv1 with the lavalier mic goinginto this andi think i found my
